Your membership on Tfieds.com means your agree to these terms and conditions defined here within. You are responsible for knowing and following these terms as part of your agreement to use this site. At its sole discretion, Tfieds.com can edit or delete posts and or member accounts that is feels infringe on these terms.

Buy, trade and sell at your risk. Tfieds.com can under no circumstances mitigate a sale or other deals made here. All transactions are the responsibility of the parties involved. Tfieds.com Assumes No Responsibility.

We highly recommend checking the member's rating for reference before you pay for anything. It is also recommend that you consider an escrow deal and/or use Pay Pal to make your payment as these services can offer some modest level of protection against total fraud.

We will ask that everyone posting here do so with honest, legal and safe intentions. Do not post with the intention of stealing someones money. Do not post here with items to sell that are not as they are described - be it condition or authenticity. Do not post items for sale that offer drugs, pornography, dangerous substances or anything else deemed illegal.

Things offered for sale on Tfieds.com should be from your personal collection or bought wholesale. Tfieds is not a tool to promote the scalping of toys and other items. Hoarding is not cool! If you do sell things with the intention to profit from them, please do not do it at the expense of others.

This site is set up for collector to collector exchanges only. Posting by toy retailers, auction sellers and other commercial organizations are limited to single item classified ADs meant to buy, trade or sell between one individual collector to another. We will ask that stores and auction sellers who do wish to post classifieds on Tfieds adhere to following rules:

- All items should be posted as a single classified AD to buy, sell or trade one product or item through Tfieds.
- No posting of direct links to store or seller pages, items or auctions. We have a filter in place that will delete ADs with popular store and auction site links.
- Do not use names to promote an online store or seller. Account or AD names like "Buy From MyToySore.com" will be deleted.
- No Classified ADs promoting specials, sales, pre-orders or new auction lists.
- No open solicitations for pre-order or pre-released items.

Failure to comply with these terms will result in termination of any store or auction accounts accociated with the violations.

By offering a classified advertising service ("Service"), Entertainment News International, LLC (ENI) merely provides a venue to allow anyone to offer, sell, and buy certain items, at anytime, in a variety of pricing formats, determined solely by the parties involved in the transaction. Please be advised that we are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items. In addition, we cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.

Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals. ENI shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, or between users and any third party, ENI is under no obligation to become involved.

All postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other materials ("Content") posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. ENI does not control, and is not responsible for, Content made available through the Service. ENI makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information contained in the Content. Under no circumstances will ENI be liable in any way for any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise made available via the Service. ENI shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse, delete or move any Content that is available via the Service for any reason.
