This is a listing for an exquisite very limited edition of the now famous Wolverine Motorcycle produced in detail not seen before.The cycle is 9 " long with a body width of 2" + at the gas tank and a handlebar width of 4". Overall height of 5" to the tip of the handlebars. Kickstand is functional, cables are assembled of real cable material with a rubber coating. Rubber tires are mounted on cast wheels. Real chrome plating throughout. Heavy die cast material with a bike weight of 2 lbs 10 oz. This Wolverine cycle is displayed on a gorgeous black acrylic base 1/2 " thick that is 6-1/2" x 9.00" in size with a 7-1/2 " diameter X-Men logo plate as a dramatic background. Absolutely gorgeous in every detail.
This Wolverine collectible is housed in a thick protective poly-foam storage container/box which is then held in the original cardboard shipping box.
From what we have been able to find out there were only ten of these units produced from the original tooling for reasons undertimined. I have two of the ten and a collector I know has one. The balance have completely dropped out of site. This truly makes this an oustanding collectible and very rare.
This collectible was first introduced a several years ago in a collectible catalog just after the original film was released with an initial offering of $499.00. It can only grow in value!
